The main announcement text is printed on the inside of the card with the cover reserved solely for your son’s name. The two fonts used in this design are solid and traditional and the burgundy ink used throughout the folded white card is picked up again in the burgundy tissue that lines the white envelopes which accompany your cards.
The Palfrey birth announcement cards are folded on the left, like a book. It measures 105mm x 148mm (4.13” x 5.83”) (A6) when folded and is printed on a 350gsm card with a loosely textured surface. It is offered complete with 135gsm C6 envelopes which have gummed diamond flaps and are also hand lined in a pastel coloured tissue.

As well as being fully recyclable and biodegradable, the paper we use has FSC certification, meaning that the pulps used are all from managed forests. It is also Heavy Metal Free and, because the bleaching process avoids the use of harmful chlorine, it is classified ECF.

Printing Time
Please note that when you order personalised stationery, you order will only go into print, once you have approved your proof. Following approval it will take approximately 10 working days to produce your stationery. It is then passed on to our courier for delivery to your address.
