The Otomi peoples are indigenous to the Central Mexican plateau, and were skilled metal workers and artists who were renowned for the practice of Shamanism which even continues to this very day. 

 

Otomi embroidery is highly colourful and is heavily influenced by the sacred spirit animals of the Shamen's journey into the spirit world and as such these animals take a central role in many of the textile designs from that region. 

 

For this set, Natalia has concentrated on exploring the same design in three different colour ways of deep blue, turquoise and pink.

The Otomi greeting card box contains 2 cards of each design shown.

6 White C6 envelopes blind embossed with the Pemberly Fox logo, lined with matching tissue paper.

Each card is A6 and measures 105 x 148mm when folded.

Printed onto luxury textured 350gsm card.

Blank on the inside.
