The clapperboard is immutably linked to the world of film production and that world is most definitely linked to the glamour of Hollywood. Our sturdy clapperboard style invitation measures 6.5” x 8.75” and is constructed from 4mm display board faced with Colorplan ebony paper on both sides to give that resounding clack. The text is then foil blocked in a gloss white foil. To complete the look your invitation is supplied with a bold black envelope.
Hot Foil Print Process:
This process uses a plate or a what is more commonly known as a block made from either magnesium, copper or brass. These blocks are then attached to the foiling machine and heated up. Once the correct temperature has been reached, the Foil is placed between the die and the card stock to be printed. Pressure is then applied by pulling the handle of the machine to bring the two briefly together to adhere the foil to the card stock.

Printing Time
Please note that when you order personalised stationery, you order will only go into print, once you have approved your proof. Following approval it will take approximately 10 working days to produce your stationery. It is then passed on to our courier for delivery to your address.
