Escort Cards

Presented in an envelope with their name written on it, an escort card will inform your guests at which table they are to be seated. Most often used in conjunction with a table plan and with identifying table name or table number cards on each table.

Escort Cards

How should your guests know where to sit? An escort card provides a neat solution. It can be used in conjunction with a table plan or in isolation as a way of informing your guests where they are seated. Taking the form of a single piece of card, escort cards can be teamed with an envelope in the traditional way or presented without one. When used without an envelope the name of your guest is written or printed on one side of the card and their allotted table name or number on the reverse whereas traditionally the name of your guest is written by hand on a small envelope and the name or number of the table is either written or printed on the escort card which is placed inside it.
